After two successful album releases, British whirlwind duo Victor and The Bully are back with a sample of a new flavour. This is Steampunk Journal’s Victor and The Bully Memento Mori EP review. The Memento Mori EP’s roots started as a solo project for Matthew’s alter ego Victor Ghastly. The decision was made later in the project development to get Harry involved so that it remained a Victor and The Bully production.
