After over a year living in Greece and Bulgaria back in 2015, the Mister and I decided to take our time getting out to California. We hung out with family, relaxed, and took a looooooong drive from Michigan to the coast. I had been to places like the Black Hills and Yellowstone as a kid. But he’d never gotten the chance to see them, so we loaded up our little Chevy and hit the road. I had forgotten that once you get west of my native Minnesota, you are immediately in cowboy country.
