Olympus treat press to a steampunk shoot

Olympus can pretty much be held responsible for the surge in vintage looking digital cameras after they revived the PEN in a digital form back in 2009. Since then, they’ve overseen the popular rise of the digital OM series as well. Recently, they released the OM-D E-M5 II and they provided a wonderful backdrop for a shoot.As a photographer I like to try and keep abreast of the newest technology. I used to work for a photographic magazine and found that Olympus always had a little trick up their sleeve. From riding a vintage bus through Berlin to interviewing David Bailey, they never failed to surprise me.

The newest OM-D camera has been released in Prague and for the journalists to test the camera, they laid on a steampunk themed shoot.
