Gears, Glorious Gears! There’s no denying the stigma attached to “gluing some gears on it,” but you can’t ignore the fact that Steampunk fans love mechanical things and the gears that power them. During a recent trip to some neighboring Black Forest villages last week, I got the chance to go to The German Clock Museum in Furtwangen. The Schwarzwald is the birth place of the cuckoo clock. To celebrate this heritage, this museum has an incredible collection of clocks, watches, music boxes, and other marvels from around the world.
